PRIVREDE
Rezime
Jugoistočno-evropska inicijativa za
saradnju (SECI) osnovana je 1996. godine sa ciljem da se uspostavi saradnja
zemalja u regionu, kao i omogući pristup
jugoistočne Evrope ka evropskoj integraciji,
pre svega na ekonomskom i ekološkom planu. Istraživanja
u ovom našem radu odnose se, pre svega, na: 1. Analizu dosadašnjih mogućnosti
za investicionu saradnju, slobodnu trgovinu i razmenu dobara, kao i stvaranje
jugoistočno-evropske inicijative za
saradnju (SECI); 1.1. Koliko čini raspad
Jugoslovenske privrede, koliko su svi izgubili? 1.2. Jugoistočno-evropska
inicijativa za saradnju (SECI); 2. Motivisanost stranih investitora i mogućnost
za realizaciju njihovih motiva; 2.1. Strani kapital u domaćoj
privatizaciji (pozitivna i negativna iskustva); 2.2. Budućnost
stranih investicija na Balkanu; 3. Stepen mogućnosti
operacionalizacije stranih ulaganja u balkanskim zemljama; 3.1. Nove mogućnosti
za inostrane kompanije; 3.2. Bogate mogućnosti
za inostrane investitore, pomoć Evropske
Unije; 3.3. Nova era za međubalkansku
saradnju.

IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE MARKET ECONOMY
Summary
The South-East European Cooperation Initiative (SECI) was instituted in
1996 with an aim to establish cooperation among the countries of the region,
as well as to enable inclusion of the South-East Europe into the European
integration, primarily on economic and ecological grounds. Our research
mainly applies to: 1. The analysis of previous possibilities for cooperation
in the area of investments, free trade and exchange of goods, and the establishment
of the South-East European Cooperation Initiative (SECI). 1.1. What are
the effects of the dissolution of the Yugoslav economy; how heavy are the
losses suffered by all? 1.2. South-East European Cooperation Initiative
(SECI); Foreign investors' motivation and chances to realize their motives.
2. Motivation of foreign investitors and opportunities for the realization;
2.1. Foreign capital in the domestic privatization (positive and negative
experiences); 2.2. The future of foreign investments in the Balkans. 3.
The degree of operationalization of foreign investments in the Balkan countries;
3.1. New possibilities for foreign companies; 3.2. Rich possibilities for
foreign
investors, help from the European Union; 3.3. The new era for inter-Balkanic
cooperation.
