ZAŠTITA OMLADINE NA RADU
U svetlu konvencija međunarodne organizacije rada i jugoslovenskog radnog prava
Rezime Zaštiti na radu se poklanja izuzetno velika pažnja, kako u domaćem tako i u međunarodnom radnom pravu. U opštem korpusu zaštite na radu posebno mesto zauzima zaštita omladine na radu. Upravo je ona bila povod i za prvu intervenciju države u oblast radnih odnosa. U radu se, najpre, daje kratak pregled razvoja ove zaštite u svetu i u Jugoslaviji. Posebna pažnja je posvećena nekim najznačajnijim konvencijama Međunarodne organizacije rada iz ove oblasti, a koje su ratifikovane i u Jugoslaviji i na taj način postale izvor prava koji se direktno primenjuje. Na kraju je izneto stanje ove zaštite po pozitivnom radnom pravu Jugoslavije.

YOUNG PEOPLE'S SAFETY AT WORK
In the light of the conventions of the International Labor Organization and the Yugoslav labor law
Summary Safety at work is paid exceptionally high attention both in the domestic and internauional labor law. In the general corpus of safety at work a particularly prominent position is held by young people's safety at work. This safety was precisely the motive for the first intervention of the state into the field of labor relations. The paper first concentrates on a brief review of the development of this field of safety in the world and in Yugoslavia. Special attention is paid to some significant conventions of the International Labor Organization which, being ratified by Yugoslavia as well, have become a legal source which is directly applied. In the end the author outlines the situation in this particular field of safety in the Yugoslav labor law.
