ZADOVOLJSTVO POSLOM ASISTENTA PRIPRAVNIKA
Rezime
U radu se iznose rezultati empirijskog istraživanja
o zadovoljstvu poslom asistenata pripravnika po segmentima: nastava, naučno-istraživački
rad, napredovanje i stručno usavršavanje u struci. Rezultati istraživanja
pokazuju razlike u stepenu zadovoljstva asistenata pripravnika pojedinim
aspektima rada na univerzitetu. Asistenti pripravnici pokazuju respektovano
određeni nivo kritičnosti u oceni stanja stvarnosti. U velikoj većini su,
uglavnom, zadovoljni pojedi-nim segmentima radnih zadataka. Istraživanje
je urađeno u okviru projekta Didaktičko usavršavanje univerzitetskih
saradnika (14T19/11).

SATISFACTION RESULTING FROM WORKING AS A JUNIOR ASSISTANT
Summary
The paper presents the results of an empirical research focused on the
level of satisfaction resulting from doing junior assistant's job in each
of the following segments: teaching, research work, promotion and professional
advancement. The results show that there are differences in the level of
satisfaction of junior assistants with different aspects of their work
at the university. Junior assistants show a certain level of criticality
in the evaluation of the state of reality. A vast majority of them is mostly
satisfied with certain segments of their duties. The research was carried
out within the project Didactic Advanced Training of the University Junior
Teaching Staff (14T19/11).
