TEORIJSKE OSNOVE DIDAKTIČKOG USAVRŠAVANJA UNIVERZITETSKIH SARADNIKA
Rezime
U radu se razmatraju osnovna polazišta didaktičkog usavršavanja univerzitetskih saradnika. Sagledavaju se pitanja: mesta univerzitetskih saradnika u nastavnom procesu na univerzitetu, dosadašnja istraživanja tog problema izrada programa usavršavanja i realizacija usavršavanja. Na osnovu teorijskih rasprava i stanja u praksi predlažu se glavni pravci empirijskog istraživanja ovog problema i glavni pravci razvoja sistema didaktičkog usavršavanja univerzitetskih saradnika.
Ključne reči: univerzitetski saradnici, didaktičko usavršavanje, didaktičko osposobljavanje, programi osposobljavanja, studenti.

THEORETICAL FUNDAMENTALS OF THE DIDACTIC ADVANCED TRAINING OF THE UNIVERSITY JUNIOR TEACHING STAFF
Summary
The paper deals with the underlying postulates of didactic advanced training of the university junior teaching staff. The following issues are given consideration: the place of the junior teaching staff in the teaching process at the university, previous studies of this problem, elaboration of a program of advanced training and its realiza-tion. On the basis of the theoretical debates and with regard to the state of affairs in practice, major directions of an empirical research of this problem are proposed, as well as major courses to be taken in the development of the system of didactic ad-vanced training of the university junior teaching staff.
